All orders within the USA ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Our standard shipping 7-10 days Ground with delivery confirmation at no extra charge. We offer free standard shipping to the US on all orders. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you would like to have your item shipped overnight or express, please contact us for pricing.

US Territories and International Shipping

If you live in a US territory or outside the USA, our shopping cart might not be able to provide you with a shipping quote. Continue your checkout and after placing your order I will email you within 24-48 hours with your shipping options and their prices. After selecting the shipping method we will send you a Pay Pal invoice and ship the product as soon as the funds are received. 

If insurance is desired customer is responsible for additional insurance fee. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier, proven by the email you will receive with the shipping label number. On the international orders, all duties and taxes (if any) as well as customs fees (if any) are Buyer’s responsibility.

Accepted Payment Types

Due to the amount of online fraud, we can only ship to the matching billing address of the credit card used. We understand sometimes orders need to be shipped to a different address. In that case, as well as for International or Domestic cards that do not participate in the Address Verification System please contact us for payment method.

Processing Time

We are aware that you would like the ordered items as soon as possible. Once your payment has been received, we will process your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 5 p.m. EST Friday, will be shipped the following week, same day payment is received.

Delays

If your order is delayed for any reason and we are not able to ship your order within ten (10) days we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order.

Shipping Address

It is vital that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address. Any charges for address corrections will be passed on to the customer if the address is incorrect in any way. The shopping cart does give you a chance to review your entire order including the address before you check out. Please take that time to ensure your details are correct.
